Sophie has been working with TLC since the beginning of 2020, she has the capacity to hold great space in the team & as a Yoga Teacher. She works closely with Sian to create the Online Content for our Trainings & Online Studio.
Sophie’s classes are introspective, intuitive, nurturing and restorative. Don’t be fooled, she was also given the name “the smiling assassin” by one of our students and it sums up her ability to craft classes that move you out of laziness and take responsibility in your life. Her teachings draw from traditional yoga and integrate her spiritual nature through movement and energy work. Sophie’s teaching weaves potent philosophy, mantra and pranayama to take you on a journey through all the inner layers.
Tell us something that people may not know about you
Soph lived in Kenya when she was 17 for 3 months, spending her time volunteering in a hospital and orphanage. “I’d describe this as a time that shaped the person I am, it has added a layer of deep gratitude, softness and faith that I carry in my heart everyday”.
She also grew up roller skating from 8 years old and used to be an Artistic Roller Skater in her teenage years- she still occasionaly gets her skates out as she describes them as being her second pair of feet.

Step into your creative flow through this soulful practice for creativity. This flowing practice will open to body and encourage you to step into a state of fluidity as we connect to Swadhistana, sacral Chakra.
Shakti shake - 25 mins
A shake designed to get you out of your head and into your body. We connect with the energy of Shakti, allowing her medicine to move through our bodies to find release and space.
After Work flow - 25 mins
A short and simple practice to bring you back into your body after a long day at work. Use this practice as a treat for your mind and body. A juicy exploration to bring more space and release tension.
heart awakening flow - 30 mins
A short gentle practice to connect with the gentleness of our hearts. We work to balance and shift through anything that might be causing us to live out of alignment with our hearts. Remembering that we are the divine love, that unconditional love is always inside us.
Self Love Yoga - 20 mins
A practice dedicated to giving love to yourself. We use the breath and body to come back home into ourselves. Let this practice inspire you and comfort you, come out of your shell and open up to the world.
