Sian is a ERYT certified yoga teacher trained in ashtanga vinyasa, hatha, yin yoga, meditation, pranayama, kundalini kriya, classical and neo tantric practices and women's embodiment.
Her teaching style is deeply connected to the Indian tradition, in particular the Tantrik lineage and its philosophy and practices. She loves bringing students the power of a full holistic yoga practice whether it's soft or strong, deep or light-hearted, wild or subtle.
As a teacher it's important that her students begin to feel and experience their subtle body and use their practice as a way of forming deeper embodiment and connection to themselves and the world around them.
