Be the change you want to see in the world
— Ghandi

Sarah practices and shares a modern approach to traditional teachings using incredible tools that she has been gifted by her teachers. Sarah follows all aspects of the yoga tradition (Asana, pranayama, mudra, mantra, nidra and meditation) and the principles of Ayurveda, to help students bring body and mind to a state of harmony.

With a strong connection to the breath, energy, philosophy and self-inquiry, she applies intentional sequencing targeting physical, mental, and spiritual realms.

Sarah is trained in Vinyasa, tantra, mental health yoga, Yin, Yoga Nidra, meditation and her style of teaching is described as slow with a strong emphasis on breath and energy. Every class Sarah shares will have an energy peak whether it's grounding, uplifting, balancing and her intention is that through breath, awareness and movement, students will be able to embody that feeling and leave the class more connected and coherent. Using all the tools yoga offers to gently move from thinking to feeling. Her desire is that students practice on their mat so they can show up in the world with more clarity, power, compassion and love.

I love surfing even if I am not so good at it. I am french. I am truly struggling to read books that have nothing to do with yoga, breath, brain, rest or nervous system regulation. I also dream of becoming a full time paid yoga student, travel the world to train with the best teachers, eat organic food, get massages everyday and listen to the birds in the rainforest next to waterfalls.
