Sarahs teaching style is warm and inclusive, encouraging smiles and self awareness through movement and breath. She brings 10 years of teaching experience to her classes so you can expect a calming, strong practice that explores all limbs of Yoga with depth and sincerity.
When she's not teaching yoga you can find Sarah having a swim at the beach with her family and enjoying a good book. Sarah is a trained Vinyasa, Yin, Kriya, Pranayama, Meditation & Aerial yoga teacher. Her classes are infused with warmth, joy, are grounding and easeful. Sarah offers a practice that is inclusive and supportive of all backgrounds and levels of experience for students. She teaches yoga that meets people where they're at and offers them the freedom to dive deep into all limbs of yoga.
