Rowena has been a yoga practitioner for 20 years. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training in 2010 and recently completed The Method at The Light Collective. Rowena teaches in a soulful way, helping students drop deep into their bodies and release from the business of life. She loves to stop, pause and ponder - so you will find plenty of pauses during her classes.

Row has a passion for ceramics and recently bought a kiln, she says she has never been more excited for a piece of machinery in her life.
