In Germany Rike accompanies mainly women to reconnect with their bodies and to trust their own impulses again by dissolving self-destructive patterns and beliefs through their own body wisdom. In her classes you dive into her space that gives you a loving and same time powerful access to your being - her little magic is it to connect depth with joyful ease which allows to regenerate and to come into a state of relieving equinimity.
Tell us something that people may not know about you
Rike loves her cat Fina, she describes her inner child coming out immediately when she plays with her. It’s no wonder that it is pretty easy to get a big laugh out of Rike by sending funny animal reels ;)
