Jess is a trained Vinyasa, slow flow, yin, pranayama, mantra, meditation & mental health aware yoga teacher.Her style is sloooow, soft, feminine, from the heart, with deep intention. Her desire is for students to drop into and immerse themselves into the energy, intention and bhav of the practice. 

She creates a safe space for students to practice in the way which will be most nourishing for them in that moment – to take from the practice what they need. For students to slow down, to be present in their body, and to practise Ahimsa – kindness and compassion for themselves. To give students agency – lots of options and space for choice.

Jess has been a mentor in our Yoga Teacher Training the TLC Method. This is an advanced, one year online training and self study program, designed to expand your personal spiritual journey and inspire your teachings and practices.

lower back release - 35 mins

Release the stresses and strains held in your back and create some deep soothing healing in your body. Jess works on both a physical and energetic level, using words of affirmation to support your yin practice

healing feminine energy - 30 mins

Tap into your healing feminine energy through this gentle yin practice to restore balance to the body and mind. This practice works with mantra to create healing on the deepest levels of our being.
