For the past 6 years, Elise has been teaching, living and breathing the purity that is yoga in multiple studios, platforms and teacher trainings. Trained in multiple lineages and disciplines which have sparked a deeply passionate emphasis toward philosophy, ritual, movement, breath and sound.

With a vision to harness surrendering shifts in expansive states, Elise evokes a fluidic, soulful and magnetic teaching approach. Grounded and derived from Tantric Hatha and Himalayan Kundalini Yoga Traditions, alongside Oglala Lakota (American Indian) spirituality, Ayurveda and Astrology. 

All approached with intention to truly honour and embody the ancient and authentic sacredness of each teaching. A Malleable style that emphasises soft, surrendering states to energetic, powerful and soulful expansion. Elise strives to serve her practices in a way that truly honours and embodies the ancient and authentic sacredness of each teaching. 

Her desire is to provide space for students to evoke enquiry and exploration of the divine life force energy that pulses through our very existence, which paves pathways and restores a deeper sense of connection within themselves and the world around. A opportunity to experience surrendering shifts in expansive states of awareness, body and mind.

Elise was a hairdresser for 10 years before deciding to teach Yoga full time!

grounding yoga nidra - 20 mins

A grounding practice to nourish, restore and revitalise the body. The practice of yoga Nidra encourages Pratyahara - (sensory withdrawal) to disconnect from the stimulated mind and reconnect with deeper layers of consciousness and rest. The perfect company before bed!

evening yin - 30 mins

A practice based upon creating balance on a physical, mental and energetic level. Create space and unravel through the layers of your being internally and out. Have a bolster, blanket, a block or two and a comfy pair of socks handy!

Elise has been a mentor in our Yoga Teacher Training the TLC Method. This is an advanced, one year online training and self study program, designed to expand your personal spiritual journey and inspire your teachings and practices.
