Casey is a Melbourne based Yoga and Meditation Teacher. Her yoga journey has evolved over the years from a student instantly captivated by the teachings, to pursing her own path as a teacher ad continuing to learn in the full experience of life. Casey feels deep resonance to the yogic philosophy in which she weaves throughout her daily life and into her teachings. Teaching from the heart she focuses on crating a sense of balance and stillness within students, allowing them to access a little more space in their own lives and minds. Having trained with Sian, Casey has learnt to cultivate a soulful experience for her students weaving through the elements of pranayama, kundalini kriya and the yogic philosophy through her teaching.
