Belinda has completed her 200hr YTT and 150hr Method YTT with TLC, trained in Pranayama, Kriya, Asana, Mantra and Meditation. 

Her teaching style is nurturing, gentle, slow and loving. 

Her classes allow students to focus on the felt experience in the body, aligning the physical, emotional and energetic layers of the body. 

She focuses on moving beyond the perfection of the pose or practice to allow for an organic experience to unfold, honouring the body and mind.

She wants students to feel held, a sense of release/relief and leave her class feeling full of life, nurtured and loved.

She’s passionate about making yoga feel accessible to all people and body types without the ‘yoga image’ stigma. All are welcome!

Tell us something that people may not know about you

I love to travel and experience culture, and have been to almost every continent in the world – the exception being Antarctica.

I use to be a photographer but landed in Marketing instead – still on the creative side working with a range of creative people.
